I agree with Josh. I would like to add ... after you trim the roots ... trim the branches back to a point where you have healthy tissue. I would check the drain hole to make sure it is not clogged. It is also a good idea to enlarge or add drain holes. Has your plant been outside when it was cold ? I ask because it looks like primarily the leaves look damaged, The trunk and branches look ok from what I can tell. If the plant was in freezing conditions the leaves are the first to go. Usually if a plant is water logged the trunk becomes rotten (soft any mushy). Try to squeeze the base of the trunk ... is it firm or soft ? Imre

Are your plants grown inside or outside ? Your plant looks like it was grown inside, it looks a little lanky. If it was grown inside I would not go too much by the color of the leaves. A Crassula Ovata grown in shade vrs. the exact same plant grown in full sun the color if the leaves will be A LOT different Josh mentions being a reverted tri-color ... all of my reverted tri-colors look different ... even the shape of the leaves is a little different. I agree with Josh ... to me it looks like a Crassula Ovata. Imre

Is this plant outside or inside? If it was outside did it ever get below freezing? If it was outside was it in an area where a dog or other animal may have urinated on it ? How wet is the soil ? Imre

Hi, I am unable to read your post. The background is dark grey and the letters are black. Looking at your pictures I initially thought the plant got too cold but I noticed that it was inside. Was the the plant taken outside in cold weather? Some of he leaves look like they were damaged by bugs. I had a plant once that was being eaten by slugs/snails. Are there any bugs on the plant or in the soil? Are there any snail/slug trails anywhere around he plant. One last idea, do you have any pets that could be damaging the plant ? Imre
