Hairy Jade Plant

in What kind of Jade is it ?

Hi. I can't find any info on this hairy jade plant which is dying. Also trying to propagate it with cutting a branch and fallen leaves -no luck. TIA.

This is a Aeonium that is looking for more light, the care is roughly the same as a Jade but they like a little more water
